At the end of June, Year 4 spent two action-packed days at Bushcraft. As soon as we arrived, the girls were split into their tribes and were put to work gathering kindling and wood to make fires, on which to cook their lunch! Other activities included making traps, learning about wilderness first aid and camouflage, and building shelters. Many of the girls elected to sleep in their shelters over-night! There was also time for some energetic games in the woods and for songs and riddles around the camp fire. The amazing Bushcraft tribe leaders worked hard to ensure that all the Year 4 girls and accompanying staff had a fabulous time.
